Let Me Introduce Myself:
My Name is Nick Pullan

I am an experienced listener; a naturally empathic coach; a firm believer in the innate power that all people have to change their lives for the better.  I am a values-led practitioner who is motivated by the positive changes I can see in others.

I'm UK based. I have spent nearly all of my life working with adults and young people, teams & groups.  Through my working life in schools and education, including as a Headteacher, I have benefited from a vast range of experiences that have given me the skills, knowledge and understanding that good coaches need to be able to help people to help themselves.  I have a strongly held conviction (because I have seen it every day of my life) that all people have the power to change their lives for the better.

How coaching can help us change for the better:

About you...

Do you need to lose weight and you're tired of failing? Are you finding communication really difficult with your team?
Are you feeling unfulfilled in your job? Not sure if you are ready for the next step?
Is your confidence low at the moment?  Not sure why?  Suffering with anxiety?

Coaching is...

... a way of using conversation, fresh thinking and activities to help a person learn about themselves, their thinking, their behaviour, their habits.

This learning can help people change, progress, even transform their lives.

Coaching conversations can be over an hour in length or just a minute via a text exchange.   The conversations are totally focused on you.

Successful coaching leads to strong benefits to the Coachee.  Coachees remark that they probably wouldn't have had the benefits without the conversations.

The Next Step...

What do you want?
What do you really want?
What is really important to you NOW?
What is your Ideal?
What would it be like if things were even better?
